Director of Business Development, WooCommerce

We're seeking a highly driven and strategic individual to join our Strategic Partnerships team, playing a key part in identifying and developing high-impact partnerships that align with WooCommerce’s long-term vision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles within the ecommerce, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
• Experience in consumer, SMB, and mid-market business models, preferably with knowledge of advertising, social media, ecommerce, analytics, and Martech stacks.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive revenue and customer value.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex partnership agreements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal, engineering, and marketing teams.
