UX/UI Web Designer

The UX/UI Web Designer will lead the design and execution of high-converting digital experiences that support the Firm's demand generation goals, with a primary focus on UX/UI design for the website and occasional creative development for digital ads.

Requirements

• Design and optimize website pages, landing pages, and other digital experiences in Figma with a strong focus on user experience, visual hierarchy, responsiveness, and conversion.
• Translate campaign goals and marketing strategies into effective UX/UI concepts that support lead generation and user engagement.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design direction and improve the user journey across the website.
