The Senior Web Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for complex web projects, develop and drive design strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, high-impact website designs
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of design systems and responsive design
- Solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers (basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience working in fast-paced or agile environments
- Skilled in utilizing user research, journey mapping, and A/B testing to validate design directions and drive data-informed decisions.
- Experience contributing to or scaling design systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions clearly
