Description
Hapi (Data Travel, LLC) specializes in data integration for hospitality companies and their technology partners.Hapi is hiring a Platform Support Specialist to ensure our client-impacting infrastructure's ongoing health and performance and assist with internal platform configuration escalations.
This person should be located in the APAC time zone and will report to the Director of Implementation and Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in internal projects
- Proactive monitoring of all platform infrastructure components
- Maintain daily records of platform performance, up-time, and incidents
- Triage and successfully resolve internally escalated cases using investigatory and troubleshooting skills
- Record the troubleshooting process and escalate with turnover of documentation
- Be highly knowledgeable about the core product and associated apps and services
- Maintain platform support documentation
- Work closely with Product Development, Implementations, and CORE engineering teams
- Train and mentor new employees as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong familiarity with AWS products including CloudWatch, Lambda, and SQS
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and people skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
- Be professional, have a positive "get it done" attitude and a strong work ethic
- Hospitality experience is a strong plus
