Description

We are looking for a UX Designer (in Spain, Poland, Montenegro or Serbia) with strong experience designing user-centric, functional, and elegant interfaces for web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has a solid background in UX/UI best practices, excels in tools like Figma or Adobe XD, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams. Experience with Salesforce UX, component-based platforms, or hospitality tech is a strong plus. This is a remote-friendly role within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for web and enterprise applications, with a focus on usability and visual clarity.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective UX solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
  • Design with accessibility (WCAG) and responsive behavior in mind, supporting users across devices and needs.
  • Align designs with Salesforce UX standards and component-based frameworks when applicable.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Required:
  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in a consulting or SaaS environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for web or enterprise applications
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and design systems
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, distributed teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required)
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Salesforce UX or designing for component-based platforms
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) or collaborating closely with developers
  • Familiarity with Hospitality Industry
