Description
We are looking for a UX Designer (in Spain, Poland, Montenegro or Serbia) with strong experience designing user-centric, functional, and elegant interfaces for web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has a solid background in UX/UI best practices, excels in tools like Figma or Adobe XD, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams. Experience with Salesforce UX, component-based platforms, or hospitality tech is a strong plus. This is a remote-friendly role within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for web and enterprise applications, with a focus on usability and visual clarity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
- Design with accessibility (WCAG) and responsive behavior in mind, supporting users across devices and needs.
- Align designs with Salesforce UX standards and component-based frameworks when applicable.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Required:- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in a consulting or SaaS environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for web or enterprise applications
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and design systems
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, distributed teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required)
- Experience with Salesforce UX or designing for component-based platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) or collaborating closely with developers
- Familiarity with Hospitality Industry
