Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Reporting and Analytics Director, the Reporting & Analytics Manager will support Supply Chain by driving reporting, analytics, and technical solutioning. This role is pivotal in enhancing existing reporting, migrating legacy systems, and developing new solutions to achieve strategic objectives related to:

  • Curated Key Data Insights
  • Data Identification and Reporting
  • Process Monitoring and Enhancement
  • Legacy System Migration
  • Transformation Support and Issue Resolution
  • Project Management and Execution

As the Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with internal customers and suppliers of data to ensure seamless reporting operations and timely state of the art reporting. You will leverage your expertise to troubleshoot issues, recommend process enhancements, and manage relationships, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of third-party reporting.

The Work Itself

  • Identify new impactful third-party datasets and automate data collection with business partners
  • Proactively ideate and generate net new customer facing PowerBI reports using Snowflake stored data enhancing customer value
  • Maintain existing reporting and associated data automation processes
  • Assist in the migration of legacy SQL/MS Access data sources and Excel/VBA-based dashboards to a Snowflake/Power BI environment
  • Transform data in Snowflake to utilize data within existing and new reports
  • Develop MS Power Forms, Workflows, and/or other advanced technology to streamline operations and solve business problems
  • Support and resolve audit-related issues, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Initiate and execute projects, employing advanced finance and forecasting analytics
  • Regularly interact with business stakeholders, providing insights on trends and recommending enhancements to existing processes
  • Evolve our existing reporting platform to include persona driven content, utilizing best in class self-serve visualizations, leveraging an ambassador program to obtain voice of customer needs inclusive of net new, accurate, rich datasets

The Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement-related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related
  • General knowledge of the third party lifecycle with the capability to analyze business procurement issues, recommend solutions, and implement change
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Microsoft Access (Queries/Forms/VBA), Excel (Pivots/formulas/VBA), Visio, Powerpoint, and SharePoint
  • Advanced skills in Snowflake, SQL and Microsoft PowerBI
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Forms and Workflow
  • Experience in Coupa, Ariba, or other purchasing platform preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across business levels
  • Initiative to support multiple assignments and stakeholders, prioritize workload, and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, motivated, and action-oriented, with a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively

Base Pay Range: $110000 - $180000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
