Project Details

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing QA strategies, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to establish and uphold testing best practices, as well as mentor others in QA methodologies.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA strategies, policies, and procedures for IT solutions.

• Design and own QA roadmaps to ensure scalable, repeatable, and measurable testing practices.

• Lead test planning, automation, execution, and defect tracking for multiple projects.

• Ensure documentation and reporting standards are met across test activities.

• Define and execute risk mitigation and contingency strategies related to QA.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align QA with business objectives.

• Evaluate and integrate testing tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman).

• Drive root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring quality issues.

• Coordinate and oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

• Report QA status, risks, and progress to leadership and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within IT or professional services organizations.

• Experience identifying risks within projects and proposing mitigation strategies.

• Strong experience writing and executing test plans across multiple methodologies: functional, regression, load, smoke, negative, and mobile.

• Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).

• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.

• Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and QA automation frameworks.

• Advanced English
