Requirements

Safari Expert: Deep knowledge of the Eastern Cape’s luxury safari destinations and a passion for wildlife.

Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding and exceeding client expectations.

Sales Pro: Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Here are the options you'll be faced with once you get the nod:

Salary Option1

Basic+Commission+Incentives+Bonuses

This is the most common starting place for any top performer at ASG.

Your basic is one of 10 different options (levels of earning) and no matter where you start you can always ascent based on your performance.

• Basic salaries are tied to sales targets (higher basic higher target)
• Commissions are tied to Gross Profit (a flat rate)
• Incentives is tied to reaching certain milestones (you'll love 'em)
• Bonuses (we love giving away cash)

Salary Option 2

Commission only (300% higher than salaried staff) + incentives + bonuses

Truth be told, this option is only for the best sales consultants, that back themselves and that want maximum reward for whatever sales they make. This option is always available to any staff member that wants to pivot once they have a good base to support themselves.

Incentives + Bonuses:

We have a culture of recognition and reward - through not only regular appraisals but also a competitive remuneration package (basic + aggressive commission) and weekly monthly CASH prizes and incentives, where we celebrate those who have gone that extra mile in their role or exceeded expectations.
