What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients to understand their desires and preferences.
• Create custom safari itineraries featuring top East African destinations.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process.
• Manage all travel logistics for a seamless client experience.

• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Safari Expertise: Extensive knowledge of East Africa’s safari destinations, wildlife, and cultural heritage.
• Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
• Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and suppliers.

Here are the options you'll be faced with once you get the nod:

Salary Option1

Basic+Commission+Incentives+Bonuses

This is the most common starting place for any top performer at ASG.

Your basic is one of 10 different options (levels of earning) and no matter where you start you can always ascent based on your performance.

• Basic salaries are tied to sales targets (higher basic higher target)
• Commissions are tied to Gross Profit (a flat rate)
• Incentives is tied to reaching certain milestones (you'll love 'em)
• Bonuses (we love giving away cash)

Salary Option 2

Commission only (300% higher than salaried staff) + incentives + bonuses

Truth be told, this option is only for the best sales consultants, that back themselves and that want maximum reward for whatever sales they make. This option is always available to any staff member that wants to pivot once they have a good base to support themselves.

Incentives + Bonuses:
