Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Proactively manage complex calendars and priorities to maximize executive effectiveness
Act as the central communication hub: inbox management, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups
Anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative without constant direction
Create systems and processes that bring order to ambiguity
Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics with exceptional attention to detail
Support decision-making by gathering insights, preparing reports, and organizing information
Manage ongoing projects and deadlines across multiple workstreams
Serve as a trusted buffer — handling routine matters independently and escalating only when needed
Provide personal support when required (appointments, gifts, reservations, errands)
Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Must-haves:
Near-native English (spoken, written, and reading)
2+ years of experience in executive assistance, operations, administration, or client-facing roles
Proven ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Flexibility to align with US time zones
Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset

Experience supporting founders, executives, or entrepreneurs
