We are looking for tech-savvy advanced English speakers with a record of experience in Account Management and Digital Marketing.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Partner Account Management
- Leading the Tech Evaluation Stage of the sales process
- Identifying and developing growth opportunities (product pitches, revenue planning)
- Remain up to date on official WhatsApp Business API documentation, processes and policies
- Ensure partners are up to date on payments and take action to remediate late payments
- Responsible for maintaining key CRM information
Requirements
- Proven record of account management in SaaS industry
- Basic understanding of the APIs
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Practical experience with the Meta or WhatsApp messaging ecosystem
- Intermediate knowledge of sales processes
Your profile - preferred/optional qualifications:
- Native Arabic speaker
- Native Russian or German speaker
- CRM-certifications
- Knowledge of SPIN, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Solution selling methods
