I’m looking for a role where I can lead enterprise analytics modernization—partnering with executives, strengthening data governance and self-service reporting, and delivering compliance-driven, measurable outcomes.

I’m a data and business intelligence leader with 15+ years of experience driving enterprise analytics, systems modernization, and data-driven transformation across government, healthcare, financial services, and technology organizations. I partner with executives and department leaders to translate business needs into technology solutions that deliver strategic outcomes.

In my current role as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, I led a citywide initiative to implement Tyler EnerGov, modernizing planning and permitting operations for 17,000+ plans and 13,000+ permits annually. I set reporting standards and built analytics solutions that eliminate manual processes and strengthen regulatory compliance and decision-making.

At CVS Caremark, I served as a BI & Data Engineering Manager, directing a $180M partner-facing Pharmacy Benefit Management BI platform. I led teams supporting self-service analytics and governance across Strategy, Teradata, SQL Server, and Google Cloud Platform, reducing operational costs by $750K annually through automation and improved SLA performance.

Previously, I led MicroStrategy-based modernization and high-volume analytics initiatives, including migrating 600+ reports from Netezza to Yellowbrick and implementing security and compliance-ready access models. I’ve also delivered executive dashboards and enterprise BI programs, combining data engineering, dashboard development, and workflow automation to help stakeholders act on trusted insights.
