I’m looking to deliver enterprise analytics and business intelligence that improve operational visibility and executive decision-making—paired with strong data governance and automation to turn complex healthcare and business data into actionable insight.

I’m a data-driven analytics professional with 20+ years of progressive experience helping organizations navigate technology transformation through enterprise analytics, strategic reporting, and business intelligence. I specialize in translating complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions by pairing deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and executive partnership.

For the past 15+ years, I’ve specialized in enterprise healthcare analytics, delivering advanced SQL, Power BI, and strategic reporting across large enterprise healthcare organizations and community-based healthcare systems. In my current role, I design and deliver enterprise Power BI reporting, engineer advanced SQL solutions in Snowflake and Teradata, and spearhead analytics initiatives from business requirements through solution architecture, modeling, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

I also lead high-visibility reporting initiatives such as the CommunityConnections HelpLine (CCHL) enterprise reporting solution, and I automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort while improving accuracy and timeliness. I support enterprise data governance using Alation and continue expanding my expertise by pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance (in progress).
