Led strategic BI initiatives across two enterprise verticals—Data Governance and Grants Reporting—focusing on scalable architecture, cost optimization, regulatory reporting, and development best practices using Microsoft Power BI and Fabric. Supervised one direct report responsible for driving Power BI and Microsoft Fabric governance standards across the enterprise.

Designed Data Pipelines and Power BI reports for enterprise customers and self-service data analytics per agile backlog. Led the design and implementation of a source control and CI/CD strategy for Power BI using Github for the entire Data and Analytics team.

Designed and optimized Power BI reports for various internal and external customers, revamping data models and data visualizations of existing reports using star and snowflake schemas. Maintained workspace usage metrics dashboards, and provided recommendations to enhance performance and usability of BI reports.

Defined and documented requirements for the organization's Enterprise Data Warehouse as a part of the Data Governance initiative to insure both data integrity and data privacy of client pharmacy plan data. Developed ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory for 5 different data governance and BI use cases to support the initial proof of concept for the data governance project.

Directed operations and internal policies of a 65,000 square-foot sports facility, managing all aspects of high-level financials, strategic budgeting, sales, and expenses to maximize operational efficiency and financial performance. Developed a comprehensive Power BI Dashboard to monitor sales, cost, and facility utilization data by sport and age group, which was pivotal in identifying new sports

Managed a team of 17 Business Analysts supporting Crown's global SAP solution production environment. Automated the data reporting strategy by developing Power BI dashboards to monitor key performance indicators of the SAP Production Support team, saving 8-16 hours of manual work per month.

Led the design of an Enterprise Data Warehouse using Kimball and Agile design methodologies, used as one source of truth for all reporting data across the company, while maintaining scalability for future data needs. Developed and maintained BI reports in both Qlik Sense and Power BI, with several reports redesigned from legacy QlikView reports and optimized using fact and dimension tables.

Led a cross-functional team of 7 personnel charged with identifying and cleansing master data from legacy systems for migration into SAP. Developed and maintained 5 dashboards in Power BI to determine and report the overall progress of the data cleansing project to Executive Management daily.

Extracted, structured, and analyzed data sets in Power BI from the JDE ERP system to identify operational strengths and weaknesses. Redesigned executive daily sales report in Power BI that saved IT staff 3 hours each day in manual labor.
