Centralized dashboards into a single source of truth and scaled Tableau + Google BigQuery reporting with Salesforce integration, including master data management enabling SKU-level visibility.

Managed US division data and delivered revenue reporting and pipeline-focused analytics, optimizing processes and identifying growth opportunities. Consolidated reporting across EDS, USIS, and EWS for unified visibility and drove competitive intelligence using the Klue platform.

Directed BI and analytics for a $7.0B+ bottler system, earning two promotions while leading analytics roadmap delivery. Built a revenue dashboard for enterprise performance tracking, reduced report creation from days to minutes via a knowledge management tool, and improved execution through Agile/Scrum leadership.

Directed BI development of drillable, consumable dashboards powered by robust SQL scripting. Migrated data from Teradata and built datasets to support executive reporting across the enterprise.

Built executive dashboards and delivered investor-ready analytics in support of funding rounds. Established a Tableau Center of Excellence (CoE), implemented reporting automation, and introduced an Agile/JIRA framework to improve delivery consistency.

Developed strategy and solutions to monitor harm metrics across a 7-hospital healthcare network supporting the CMO’s zero-patient-harm initiative. Created 65 Tableau views and 17 workbooks using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to track performance across the Piedmont system.
