I am a transformation leader who architects and operates scalable delivery systems that increase predictability and reduce operational friction without adding headcount. I partner with product, engineering, and design leaders to establish shared cadence, measurable outcomes, and simplified operating models.

I have led enterprise transformation efforts supporting more than 170 teams across multiple regions, owning initiatives end-to-end from diagnosis to sustained change. I have also built functions from scratch, scaling a Scrum Master team from 2 to 8 while the company grew from 70 to 200+ employees. My work includes redesigning workflows, implementing delivery health models, and standardizing governance to improve delivery prediction and reduce escalations.

I leverage data and delivery signals to turn complexity into actionable guidance, and I lead large-group alignment, change adoption, and executive decision-making. I hold CSP-SM, CSP-PO, ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CAL-I, CSM, CSPO, PSM I, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and a Project Management Certificate, along with a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington.
