What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer-first service, sales coaching, and visual merchandising—while leading projects and improving results with clear communication. I want a supportive team that values creativity and growth.

I’m a retail Floor Leader who brings “energy and creativity” to every role, backed by strong customer service, project management, and visual merchandising. People describe me as compassionate, determined, honest, and a direct communicator, and I aim to make every interaction feel personal and intentional.

In my current role at LUSH, I use KPIs via Storeforce to support staff performance and drive sales, while providing on-the-skin demonstrations and in-depth consultations that build real connection. I train and coach Sales Ambassadors, manage cash handling and nightly deposits, and use Visual Merchandising guidelines to make real-time display adjustments based on sales.

Before this, I built repeatable retail and leadership skills as a Sales Associate and through unpaid editorial work as Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor—where I led planning, developed timelines, hosted events, designed graphics, and managed social media to increase engagement. I also strengthened leadership and conflict resolution through camp counseling, and I developed operational discipline in barista roles focused on cleanliness, health standards, and accurate cash transactions.
