In my Sales Leader role at American Eagle Outfitters, I consistently exceeded individual and team sales goals through consultative selling techniques. I also managed opening and closing procedures with operational accuracy, trained and onboarded new team members, and maintained organized merchandise displays so the store stayed neat and organized.

Previously at Tjmaxx as a Merchandising/Visual Coordinator, I supported customers with product recommendations, managed inventory and merchandising, and processed shipments including unloading shipment trucks. I operated POS systems and handled cash daily, collaborated with management to improve sales, and promoted store credit—while also pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing with social media marketing and Associates study in Photography.
