I oversee safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery metrics, driving continuous improvement across operational areas. Before becoming Area Manager, I worked at Amazon as a Locker+ and Counter Site Retail Associate, supporting order preparation, inventory, returns, and site operations.

At ERC/Pathlight, I supported patients with behavioral health and addiction concerns through assessments, treatment-plan coping strategies, safety observations, and crisis de-escalation. At the Smithsonian’s National Postal Museum, I designed and executed a training program for 30+ volunteers and researched its curriculum.
