I’m a customer-focused professional with a proven track record of working in all areas of customer service, including retail, student assistance programs, and administration. I’m at my best when I welcome people, understand what they need, and turn that into a great experience—from the first interaction to checkout.
At Foot Locker, I worked as a Sales Associate where I welcomed customers and helped make the store a fun place to shop. I built head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must-haves, and I drove sales by sharing knowledge of the products while helping customers find what they’ll love.
During my time in student affairs at AMDA, I supported students through a high-responsibility environment. I managed dorms with strong organization and multitasking, mediated student conflicts, responded to after-hours crises, coordinated community-building events, and provided reliable administrative support.
Most recently, as a Store Manager, I led daily store tasks with a strong customer-first mindset. I handled restocking, fitting room upkeep, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized, while maintaining store visuals and recovery standards.
