What I'm looking for

I am seeking a medical coding role where I can apply my clinical front-desk experience, coding education, and attention to compliance to support accurate billing and revenue cycle improvement.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) medical receptionist with seven years of experience supporting clinical teams, managing front-desk operations, and maintaining patient confidentiality across healthcare settings.

I have hands-on experience greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering patient calls, performing clerical tasks, preparing medical files, and assisting doctors and nurses to ensure smooth clinic workflow.

I hold an Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting and am completing a Medical Coder Certificate (expected September 2025); I also maintain certifications in Medical Coding, CCMA, CPR, BLS, and AED.

I am seeking to leverage my clinical knowledge, familiarity with medical terminology and ICD-10/CPT codes, and strong administrative skills to transition into a medical coding role where I can add accurate, compliant coding and improve revenue cycle processes.
