I’m a highly motivated and detail-oriented healthcare professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, plus the work ethic to take on new challenges. I focus on critical thinking, accurate documentation, and delivering a consistently professional experience for patients and clients.

I’ve earned an undergraduate Medical Records Certificate from the University of Phoenix and completed relevant coursework in Billing and Coding, Medical Terminology, Compliance and Medical Claims, and healthcare delivery. I’m actively building my coding foundation through AAPC practice assessments and billing and coding guideline learning activities.

In front-desk and administrative roles, I handled patient and client needs while supporting accuracy in accounts and insurance workflows. At Liberty Mutual Tax Agency and Dillon Family Medicine, I worked with scheduling, customer service, data entry, and insurance-related communication, including HIPPA and claim denial/compliance awareness.

In my current role, I support operational needs like payroll, scheduling, and handling client payments while answering calls for job opportunities. I’m currently pursuing growth toward a career in the coding and billing area while finishing my healthcare administration degree, with a long-term goal of becoming a healthcare administrator.
