I've led large-scale public health, development, infrastructure, and trade programmes across Africa, most recently supporting DAI's USAID Africa Trade and Investment Programme in Kenya.
At the Solidarity Fund, I led the COVID-19 vaccine portfolio across three projects, directing a R271 million budget across 22 service providers and directly supporting 1.8 million vaccinations nationally. I also helped mobilise systems, funding, and public-private partnerships for South Africa's national vaccine roll-out.
With Adam Smith International, I managed operations and programmes in Sierra Leone, including a water-utility institutional-strengthening programme with 13 embedded advisers. I also managed DFID portfolios spanning climate-smart agriculture and resilient infrastructure, overseeing 13 projects across 10 countries valued at more than £12 million.
My work combines programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, budgets, research, operational strategy, and team leadership. I've worked with organisations including the World Bank, UNAIDS, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, DFID, USAID, and government partners across the continent.
