I’m a senior project manager with over 20 years of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across Southern Africa, consistently responsible for budgets of up to EUR 5 million. I’m known for taking programmes mid-stream, restructuring delivery to restore momentum, and closing out with full achievement of scope.

My strength is translating strategic objectives into operational plans with clear accountability—while leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams. I combine results-based management & M&E with risk & adaptive management to keep delivery aligned, measurable, and actionable.

In my current role, I’ve led concurrent delivery of two complementary projects under a combined portfolio exceeding EUR 5 million, managing integrated workplans and unified cross-functional teams across seven countries. I also designed and built a production-ready BioPANZA pipeline and referral analytics dashboard using AI-assisted workflows, with POPIA-compliant data governance for live transfer and deployment.

Previously with GIZ, I stepped in to recover a stalled phase and delivered full scope on revised timelines, and supported businesses across multiple provinces and countries while building capability for natural ingredients and green economy skills. I also bring strong stakeholder engagement and delivery execution, from board-level reporting to international conference management—always with a practical, “work with the willing and able” mindset.
