Programme and partnerships lead with 8+ years translating policy into shared action across complex multi-stakeholder systems.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Programme and partnerships lead with 8+ years designing and delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives across government, civil society, and donor ecosystems. I specialise in bridging policy and practice, convening diverse partners, and designing structured processes that move stakeholders from dialogue to shared action.
At Open Cities Lab, I led a multi-stream governance and development programme supporting institutional reform across 11 South African cities, with promotions expanding from project delivery to programme strategy, portfolio management, and stakeholder leadership. I designed and facilitated multi-stakeholder processes across 50+ government departments, established 20+ Communities of Practice across 11 cities, and led a $1.4M city portfolio—owning budgeting, delivery, and performance across multiple workstreams and partners.
Before that, I served as Project Manager at Bearfish Strategic Services and ChildSafe South Africa, where I coordinated cross-department responses and led UNICEF’s first comprehensive national research project on child road safety in South Africa. More recently, as an independent consultant, I’m supporting short-term work on housing, urban governance, unemployment analysis, and public sector reform—while authoring multi-country progress reporting and developing data strategies to improve service delivery.
