What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage Meta/Google/TikTok campaigns, optimise lead quality daily, and turn reporting into ROI improvements—working closely with sales and lead providers for measurable growth.

I’m a detail-orientated Marketing and Paid Media Co-ordinator with experience in digital advertising, lead generation, and campaign performance optimisation in Cape Town. I manage and analyse campaigns across multiple digital platforms, turning performance signals into clearer next steps.

In my current role, I maintain and optimise paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads. I monitor campaign performance daily, analyse lead quality, track CPL and conversion rates, and conduct A/B testing to improve outcomes.

I’m also strong in reporting and data analysis. I develop performance reports, compile and present lead and campaign data to support campaign objectives, and support audience targeting, exclusions lists, and budget allocation strategies based on what the numbers show.

Beyond media, I’ve contributed to quality assurance and lead handling. I listen to calls, evaluate compliance risks through call audits, manage dialler system performance and wait times, and support lead providers and sales teams with structured feedback to drive better ROI.
