I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can lead teams, improve guest flow, and coordinate events—while continuing to grow through training, ownership of daily operations, and clear opportunities to advance.

I’m a hospitality professional focused on Guest Services and Event Coordination, bringing strong communication and analytical thinking to every shift. I’m known for adapting quickly—while staying committed to driving team success and continuous growth.

In my most recent role (Chili’s Bar and Grill), I improved guest flow during peak hours through efficient seating and reliable cash register operations. I coordinated with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service, and I used phone etiquette to resolve guest inquiries and complaints.

Previously at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen / Darden Restaurants, I earned a rapid promotion to Team Leader within five months.
