At Codelivery, I run the founder’s back office as the sole administrative support for a remote software agency. I manage monthly billing for five recurring client accounts, issuing invoices with no missed cycles, duplicates, or numbering gaps.

I process and reconcile payments through Wise using a documented approval workflow, and keep sensitive financial records in access-restricted storage. I also package monthly invoice sets for the bookkeeper to support month-end close.

For two clients, I run the end-to-end job search process, from sourcing roles and tailoring application materials to tracking progress through offer. I also triage the founder’s Google Workspace inbox and turn action items into Linear tasks.

I configured Gmail API OAuth and integrated Gmail, Linear, GitHub, and Figma into an AI-assisted workspace. I document workflows in a version-controlled GitHub repository, including standards for keeping credentials and payment records out of version control.
