I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) education consultant with 10+ years helping K-12 schools in Puerto Rico implement MTSS, RTI, and PBIS.

At Learning Alliances, I consult with school leadership teams on PBIS design, implementation, and fidelity monitoring within an MTSS framework. I analyze student assessment, discipline, attendance, and Check-In/Check-Out data to guide tiered interventions and school climate supports.

Through SASOEPR, I lead consulting engagements on MTSS, PBIS, instructional improvement, and school transformation across Puerto Rico.

Professional development is at the core of my work. Each year I facilitate 50–75 workshops for 1,000+ educators and parents across 50+ schools, on PBIS, SEL, classroom management, restorative practices, differentiated instruction, and neuroeducation. I also coach 50+ teachers a year through classroom observations, lesson modeling, and feedback cycles. My sessions consistently earn 85–100% satisfaction ratings, and at least five PD companies invite me back every year. I train both in person and online (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams).
