What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead collaborative, equity-centered professional learning—strengthening MTSS and SEL through clear data cycles, coaching, and standards-aligned implementation that drives measurable student outcomes.

I’m an education leader with 13 years of PK–12 experience designing, facilitating, and delivering professional development that strengthens instructional practice, classroom environments, and data-driven decision-making.

I’m known for adult learning, instructional coaching, and PLC facilitation—helping educators translate PD into everyday instruction through MTSS/RTI systems, SEL, PBIS, restorative practices, and equity-centered, culturally responsive practices. I also lead interactive virtual and in-person professional learning experiences using tools like Nearpod, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams to increase engagement and collaboration.

Across my roles in literacy, behavior student services, ELA, and special education instruction, I collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support measurable student outcomes. I ground my work in progress monitoring and discipline/behavior data to guide action planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
