At Miami-Dade County Public Schools, I deliver differentiated elementary instruction and literacy interventions that support comprehension, vocabulary, fluency, and foundational reading skills. I use assessment data to identify learning needs and guide instructional adjustments.
I design and evaluate instructional resources, facilitate professional learning, and mentor developing educators through MINT/new teacher induction initiatives. I also provide instructional coaching and collaborative support to teachers.
At Ready Schools of Miami, I develop differentiated learning centers and individualized instruction, including support for multilingual and ESOL learners. My doctoral research at University of Phoenix examines educational systems and support for parents and teachers of children adopted from foster care.
