What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead collaborative learning, educator and leadership development, research-to-practice work, and responsible AI integration that strengthens teaching, organizational learning, and long-term capacity.

I've led teaching and learning transformation across Denver Public Schools, Arizona State University, Success for All Foundation, and independent education consulting. My work builds Communities of Practice, develops educators and leaders, and uses coaching, research, and collaborative learning to strengthen organizational capacity.

At Arizona State University, I coordinated a $1.6M multi-year initiative advancing educational innovation, leadership development, and organizational learning. Across 20+ years in K–12, higher education, and nonprofits, I've led instructional improvement in more than 70 schools, supported district-wide work across 35 schools, and translated research into practical resources, professional learning, and responsible AI-informed learning experiences.
