I’m looking for a customer support role where I can manage high-volume chats and calls, resolve issues fast, meet SLA targets, and improve customer experience—ideally with room to grow in operations and customer retention.

I’m a Chat Support and Customer Service Professional with 3+ years of experience handling high-volume customer inquiries across travel, logistics, and e-commerce. I manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions—using consultative selling to convert inquiries into bookings and proactive service to support retention.

In my recent roles, I conducted 80–100 outbound calls daily while resolving complex issues through phone, email, and live chat, and I maintained service standards and SLA expectations. I also processed bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds using Sabre GDS, and I handle demanding support volumes (60+ inbound calls per day) with accurate customer records. I’m driven by conflict resolution, clear communication, and strong CRM workflows with Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
