What I'm looking for
I’m a highly organized, customer-focused Travel Executive with extensive experience managing travel arrangements for individual and corporate clients. I’m known for resolving issues quickly, minimizing disruption, and keeping clients fully satisfied.
At PIT Travelmate Indonesia, I organize individual and group travel—including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tailored itineraries. I’ve handled complaints, last-minute changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions, consistently finding alternative arrangements to support a 100% satisfaction rate.
I also negotiate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals and manage travel documents like visas and travel insurance in line with relevant regulations. Beyond bookings, I maintain accurate budgets and financial records, and I follow up on payments for both government and corporate clients.
Earlier, I supported national and international tourism efforts through internships at Indonesian government ministries, strengthening stakeholder relationships and contributing to events such as the MotoGP Grand Prix in March 2022 in Lombok. I’m now focused on bringing my customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail into a front office or guest relations role in hospitality.
