Shipped Splash Cards, a prepaid digital stored-value system across 499 clubs, and redesigned member check-in paths reducing internal timing from 30+ to under 10 seconds. Identified and remediated a sensitive-data exposure in an API response, and functioned as the engineering team's unofficial technical lead.

Owned strategy, brand, information architecture, conversion copy, development, and deployment for local-service websites as a solo consultancy serving approximately 10 ongoing clients. Designed and built hemettowing.com with an AI-orchestrated workflow and human review gates, and built booking systems and automation flows.

Led interviews and usability tests for policyholder, agent, and internal tools, shaping product priorities. Designed enterprise claims and underwriting tools and built design-system components adopted by other teams.

Designed parent and community portals for a K–12 student information system, making grades, attendance, and student information easier for families to find. Worked with marketing and product to maintain consistency across public and authenticated experiences and built reusable components.

Redesigned payment and add-on purchase flows to reduce checkout drop-off. Streamlined the content upload-to-broadcast workflow for creators and improved discovery of advanced features.

Led UX design as the team moved into a UX-driven product process.
