I'm looking to lead workforce, technology, training, or operations initiatives where I can build equitable employment pathways, scale cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable organizational growth.

At Training Employment Solutions, I lead national workforce initiatives that connect individuals to training, funding, and employment while helping employers build diverse, job-ready talent pipelines. I also integrate AI tools to streamline operations and reduce repetitive work.

Previously, I led technology, engineering, operations, and career-training organizations including The JPI Group, Tuliva, LeaderQuest, and DTC T3CH Solutions. I've raised over $15 million, grew company revenue from $1.9 million to over $18 million, built workforce programs for veterans and underserved communities, and delivered IT infrastructure, cloud, training, and talent solutions.
