At BNY Mellon, I schedule production releases and implement them through Ansible Tower automation, CLI commands, or GitLab CI/CD pipelines. I also use Ansible Tower templates to schedule application and URL health checks.
I monitor production applications and alerts using tools including Splunk, Cloud Prober, and Prometheus, and validate batch-job completion and processed files. I also participate in quarterly disaster recovery tests using 1Desk automation.
At The Hartford, I supported release and hotfix activities, including generating builds with Jenkins and deploying them to test environments using UDeploy. I monitored environment status and performed production sanity checks.
Earlier, I performed daily sanity checks for Centrica Lithium environments and supported end users at ITIS - EUCS-NSS with hardware, software, and operating-system troubleshooting. Outside work, I participate in outreach activities through cognizant, including skills training and career consulting for students in remote villages of Tamil Nadu.
