What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can launch complex products under uncertainty, build processes from scratch, manage delivery and risk in cross-functional teams, and practically apply AI agents to accelerate outcomes in telecom, fintech, and AI products.

I’m an IT Project Manager with 19 years of experience, including 7 years in telecom, B2C services, and major IT integrations. I’ve specialized in launching complex products under conditions of uncertainty—building processes from scratch and coordinating cross-functional teams to execution.

Some of my standout results include launching an OTT platform for 1.5 million subscribers from scratch and leading a WMS system tender with an IT-portion budget of 300 million RUB and a team of 60+ people. I also built influence through stakeholder agreements and transparent reporting, managing delivery in a matrix structure without direct administrative authority.

Today, I practically apply AI agents (LLMs, ClaudeCode) in my work—automating routine tasks, accelerating the development cycle, and independently bringing xlev.online into production with AI as the primary tool. I’m especially motivated by telecom, banks, fintech, and AI product initiatives where speed, risk management, and smart architecture matter.
