I’m a BS Information Technology graduate with combined experience in technical support, financial systems support, and freelance creative work. I enjoy turning messy, real-world issues—whether network errors or reporting needs—into stable, reliable outcomes.
As a Technical Support Intern, I delivered on-site and remote support across multiple restaurant branches, hotels, and condominium properties, aiming for minimal operational downtime. I installed, configured, and maintained CCTV systems, Wi-Fi networks, POS systems, and printers, and I diagnosed hardware, software, and network issues to restore functionality quickly and improve user productivity.
