I’m a Hospitality and Tourism graduate with a strong customer service foundation, built through hands-on customer relations work and internships. I enjoy turning questions into solutions while keeping the experience professional, welcoming, and client-focused.

In my most recent role as a Sales & Customer Relations Associate, I managed customer relations by assisting clients with artwork selection, providing recommendations, and ensuring a strong customer experience. I supported sales activities through product presentation and maintained long-term client engagement through clear communication and follow-ups.

I also strengthened my customer experience approach through a Customer Statisfaction Project (Academic Project), where I conducted student-facing customer service research. I identified service issues and recommended improvements using hospitality principles to increase satisfaction and service quality.

Before that, I completed a Social Media Internship and a Marketing Internship, supporting daily marketing and content tasks, content planning, and copywriting. I created and scheduled social media posts to increase audience reach and handled event and campaign coordination with external agencies, while staying organized with documentation and administrative support.
