What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end technical documentation—knowledge base management, community support content, and training materials—while collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver accurate, user-focused experiences.

I’m a Technical Writer focused on turning complex enterprise product information into clear, user-ready documentation. In my current role with Tech Mahindra (client: IFS), I manage community-facing knowledge content on the Gainsight platform—handling article reviews, publishing workflows, moderation support, governance, and timely customer community query responses to improve the overall user experience.

Before this, I worked as an Associate Technical Writer at Vehere Interactive Pvt. Ltd, where I owned the drafting-to-review life cycle for help center content like user manuals and installation guides, managed quality through peer/editorial reviews, and collaborated closely with engineering and product leads. Earlier roles strengthened my end-to-end writing and technical-editing craft—creating UI texts, release notes, training content, diagrams/flow diagrams, and SEO-ready website content—so I can reliably gather requirements from SMEs and deliver accurate, engaging materials across documentation platforms.
