What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own sales compliance and revenue operations end-to-end—improving CRM/workflows, documenting SOPs, and protecting data integrity so sales teams can execute accurately with audit-ready accountability.

I’m an operations and compliance professional with 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise sales through process administration, CRM systems management, and contract review. I translate messy workflows into clean, documented systems—and I’m known for holding the line where compliance, accuracy, and accountability matter most.

In my current role as Sales Compliance Administrator at ES Solar, I review and process sales contracts for compliance accuracy, flag discrepancies, and coordinate resolution across sales and operations teams. I manage and troubleshoot enterprise workflows within NetSuite, authoring and maintaining compliance documentation such as policy communications, cancellation letters, and internal process guides.

Previously at NICE CXone, I supported Account Executives by managing calendars, CRM pipelines, outreach workflows, and lead documentation, while maintaining high-volume CRM data integrity across Salesforce. I ranked as a top SDR across multiple cycles and contributed process improvements adopted as team-wide best practices—supporting multi-million dollar pipeline development with major enterprise clients.

Alongside that, I’m the founder of Youri Young – Travel Philosopher (OutsideAgents), where I built a full client operations system from scratch using Airtable CRM, Make automation, and Google Calendar scheduling. I also designed a Typeform-based travel personality quiz with routing logic to qualify and segment prospects, bringing the same systems-thinking and audit-minded discipline into customer operations.
