At the William + Flora Hewlett Foundation, I supported the Chief of Culture, Race & Equity and Director of Grantmaking, managing 40–60 weekly meetings across time zones, board logistics, executive communications, budgets, contracts, vendors, and Salesforce records. I also led governance documentation, briefing materials, travel, and action-item follow-through for a $14B+ global philanthropic foundation.

Across Do Good Connections, Parallax Futures, Catalyst Financial, and sticky.io, I've managed executive operations, complex calendars, inboxes, travel, stakeholder communication, cross-functional projects, and company priorities. I implemented Asana and Notion tracking systems and led end-to-end planning for an 800+ attendee company-wide event.

Earlier, at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital, I supported four Medical Directors over eight years, coordinating physician schedules, leadership meetings, budgets, contracts, reports, and operational initiatives.
