As a Sales Representative at National Lecithin (June 2023 - March 2026), I conducted market research to identify new sales opportunities across multiple industries. I conduct outreach through calls and emails, develop client relationships to understand their lecithin needs, and perform regular follow-ups to close deals in a timely manner.

I maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software, and I assist in training new sales team members on company products and procedures. I also leverage data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and improve how we approach prospects.

Before that, at ULYSSE SARL (October 2022 - May 2023) as a Customer Service Agent, I supported customers through outgoing and incoming calls, created files to register clients in our system, and helped match them with the right consultant. I hold a Bachelor degree in English Language, Literature and History, and I completed a Udemy “Complete Copywriting Course by Tamsin Henderson” (February 2025 - March 2025).
