I’m looking for a role where I can bridge engineering and business—driving sales growth, delivering technically accurate solutions, strengthening long-term customer partnerships, and continuously improving via market and industry trend insights.

I’m a highly motivated Sales Engineer with strength in bridging engineering and business to drive growth and long-term customer partnerships. I’m a proactive problem solver who uses a strategic approach to sales to deliver exceptional results.

In my current role, I handle RF product distribution across Malaysia and expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities and delivering RF solutions aligned to customers’ design and application needs. I collaborate with principals to provide competitive, timely quotations, build win rates, and drive revenue growth.

Previously, I developed and implemented sales strategies in the field of plastic injection molding, surpassing quarterly sales targets while managing a team of 20+ agents with product training and technical support. I also built relationships with 50+ end users and key decision-makers to generate repeat business, referrals, and continued technical support post-sale.

Before transitioning fully into sales, I worked as a System Assurance Engineer, conducting analysis related to EMC, RAMS, and System Design Safety, and performing QA/QC checks on M&E drawings and documentation. I also contributed to SDLC activities, supporting requirements analysis, technical specification development, planning, coding, and testing.
