At Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd, I originated and negotiated three customer-funded electronics projects worth US$270K in total. The work spanned PCB assembly, SMT, product testing, box-build assembly, and networking and telecom equipment manufacturing.
As a Business Unit Coordinator, I worked across the pre-production sales cycle, from lead generation and requirements discovery through pricing negotiation and handover to production. I presented samples, developed project plans with the backend project team, and brought deals to management for final approval.
I started at Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd as an Endpoint Support Technician, Tier 1–2, supporting enterprise users across Windows endpoints, mobile device management, and identity and access administration. That technical experience informs how I work with customers, engineers, and IT teams.
