I’m a results-driven professional combining Business Analysis, digital marketing execution, and practical AI development support. In my current role as a Business Analyst at PT Wilmar Consultancy Services, I act as a liaison between users and the system development team, analyzing user requirements, reviewing change/problem-solving requests on Jira, and documenting functional and business changes in detail. I also take ownership of the Vessel project’s demurrage calculation, working through the business logic to derive the formula that supports the lowest demurrage while aligning SIT/UAT, blueprints, and timelines to user needs.

Earlier, I built performance marketing skills through an internship at Straight Up Agency, planning and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, tracking KPIs like CTR/ROAS/CPC, creating dashboards in Google Sheets, and supporting A/B testing to improve conversion rates. I’ve also strengthened operational discipline through administrator work—handling invoicing, delivery documentation, SOA reporting, supplier coordination, warehouse monitoring, and user support—so I can deliver end-to-end clarity from analysis to execution.
