I’m looking for a bilingual administrative/customer support role where I can own invoice and records accuracy, handle high-volume communication, and support customers or clients with efficient, empathetic service—remote or hybrid is a plus.

I’m a detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative professional with 5+ years of experience supporting customer-facing operations and back-office workflows. I bring proven expertise in invoice processing, payment tracking, data entry, and digital record management.

In my most recent role as an Administrative Assistant, I processed invoices and tracked payments with high accuracy, maintained and updated digital listings and administrative files, and supported daily operations while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Before that, I served as an Administrative Assistant / SCN Navigator, managing client records, contracts, and billing-related documentation, including reimbursement tracking and coordinated patient/service navigation.

I’ve also built strong customer support and sales experience through chat-based support and outbound sales. From resolving Walmart e-commerce order inquiries, tracking, returns, and delivery issues to advising customers on mobile plans and devices, I consistently communicate clearly, learn quickly, and adapt to high-volume demands.
