I’m an administrative and customer service professional with experience in accounting support, accounts receivable follow-up, and day-to-day operations. Bilingual in Spanish and English, I bring strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach to client communication.
Since 2021, I’ve worked as an Administrative Assistant coordinating client appointments, managing business correspondence, and supporting accounting workflows. I prepare and submit 606, 607 and IT-1 reports and manage processes through TSS, SISALRIL and IDOPPRIL platforms. I also follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding balances, sending payment reminders and supporting daily administrative and accounting operations.
Before that, I served as a Customer Service Representative at Data Vimenca, assisting customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account concerns while processing transactions and payment arrangements. I used Salesforce CRM to document customer interactions, supported sales activities, and helped strengthen customer retention, and earlier I worked as a Letter Translator at One Child Matters—organizing sponsor communications and adapting content to cultural and age-related contexts.
