I’m a highly motivated, self-driven Process Specialist with over 12 years of experience in the Service industry, with a very good understanding of the US Health Care Service Industry. I focus on verification workflows that support accurate outcomes for long term care clients.

In my recent role as Process Specialist and Quality Assurance (QA) – Verification Process at Illumifin India Limited, Pune, I handle claim processing verification calls for clients such as Trans America, New York Life, and CAN. I also manage critical mails from clients and the exam team.

I strengthen quality through verification calls audits for all clients and by checking call records. I generate team production reports and provide feedback to associates and team leaders to improve consistency and performance.

Previously, at DST-SS&C Private Limited, Pune, I supported the same verification process and QA responsibilities, further building reliability in high-volume, client-critical operations. Earlier at Tech Mahindra Limited, I handled a corporate help desk of the mailing process for Idea Cellular and managed critical customer care emails.
